Shipping Policy

All number plates are shipped the same working day if your order is placed and the necessary paperwork is submitted before 1pm. For most of our customers, their orders arrive within two working days. If you have any questions, our customer service representatives can be reached through the live chat, email, or Whatsapp.

Additionally, please get in touch with us if you require a delivery that is guaranteed for the following day, or same day in person delivery depending upon on your location. We are always pleased to assist.

Return & Exchange Policy

In order for us to assess the problem and correct it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us straight away if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Plate Company  takes great pride in the quality of our products. If there is an issue, we will be pleased to give you a refund or replacement if the item arrives damaged or the plate has an error.

Since each plate is custom-built, we are unable to resell or reuse them, so we are unable to issue refunds under any other condition. We appreciate your understanding.
